- Basic technical information: like most websites, the services that host and run this page may record standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit.
This page doesn't ask for your phone number, address, or financial information.

Who I share it with
Your first name and email are shared with my email service provider, which runs the sign-up form and sends my emails. The provider stores your information on my behalf so it can deliver those emails, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
This website is hosted by Netlify, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Those services may receive the technical information described above when your browser loads the page.
I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. I may disclose it if the law requires me to.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from future emails.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email me and I'll update or delete your information from my email list.
How long I keep it
Your information stays on my email list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove it.
Children
This website is meant for adults who own or are selling a home. It isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
